Today, their passion is helping people achieve their real estate dreams by empowering clients with confidence, which can only come from years of experience, industry knowledge and a track record of success.
Michael Paccanaro
Born in Hamilton and raised in the small town of Cayuga, Michael met the love of his life, Nitania, at a young age. They married and travelled the world working in the luxury travel industry for many years where they gained incredible experience and unforgettable memories.
Their journey took them all over the world and together they resided in London (England), Beijing (China), Sydney (Australia), Miami (Florida) and in Los Angeles (California). But longing to move back to his Canadian roots, they moved back to Canada in 2015.
In search of the perfect property near Toronto, Ontario, Michael & Nitania made Midland and Simcoe County their home. The proximity to all modern ammenities, peaceful neighbourhoods and being on the doorstep of Simcoe County great outdoors, they find that this is the best place in the world that gives them everything they need to live their best lives.

Nitania Paccanaro
Nitania was born in Chicago, Illinois. She discovered early in her career that business administration and recruitment were her calling. Along with her husband Michael, she worked in marketing administration for an LVMH media company, which is where she developed her affinity for luxury and the finer things in life. That’s one of the reasons she loves living in Midland, a place full of everything one could ever want in a comfortable lifestyle.
Nitania’s passions are connecting people with amazing opportunities, as well as kayaking, hiking and fine dining.
